OUR RESPONSIVENESS
We process your orders every working day from noon and ship them within 24 hours of preparation. If the order was placed on a Friday afternoon, during the weekend or on a holiday, we process it the next working day.
OUR DEADLINES
Our products are stocked in the Paris region and sent by Chronopost fast transport. Once shipped, your order should arrive within 24 to 72 hours in metropolitan France. You will be notified of the state of delivery of your order, by sms from the carrier and by mail from the after-sales service of Kinasé.
CAREFUL SHIPPING
In order to limit the risks and to allow you to enjoy your order as soon as possible, Kinasé has chosen to use cartons with a maximum capacity of 6 bottles. We pay particular attention to fragile objects, and a special packaging is dedicated to sake bottles.
OUR COMMUNICATION
If a problem occurs at the time of the treatment of the order, the after-sales service of Kinasé will contact you by e-mail to inform you of the situation. In case of absence of the addressee at the time of the delivery of the parcel, it will be given to the nearest chronopost relay point and you will be informed by sms of the place of recovery of the parcel.

OUR RATES
Delivery is free from 100€ purchase. For orders under 100€, delivery costs are 10€. (fixed costs)
We advise you to group your orders together for free shipping.
*Shipping costs include preparation and packaging as well as postage. We recommend that you group all your items in one order.
We cannot group two orders placed separately, and shipping fees will apply to each of them.
