OUR REACTIVITY

We process your orders every working day from noon and ship them within 24 hours after preparation. If the order was placed on a Friday afternoon, weekend or holiday, we process it the next business day.

OUR DEADLINES

Our products are stored in the Paris region and sent by fast transport such as Colissimo. Once shipped, your order should arrive within 72h to 96h in France. It happens that these delays increase, especially during the holiday periods. You will be informed of the delivery status of your order by sms from the carrier and by email from Kinasé's after sales service.

CAREFUL SHIPMENTS

In order to limit the risks and to allow you to enjoy your order as soon as possible, Kinasé has chosen to use boxes with a maximum capacity of 3 bottles for sake and other drinks. We pay special attention to fragile objects, and a special packaging is dedicated to sake bottles.

OUR COMMUNICATION

If a problem occurs at the time of the treatment of the order, the after-sales service of Kinasé will contact you by e-mail to inform you of the situation.

In case of absence of the addressee at the time of the delivery of the parcel, this last one will be given to the nearest Colissimo relay point and you will be informed by sms of the place of recovery of the parcel.

OUR RATES

The delivery is offered from 100€ of purchase. For orders of less than 100€, delivery costs are calculated according to the weight of the order plus packaging costs of 2,40€ TTC.

We advise you to group your orders in order to benefit from the free delivery.

*Shipping fees include preparation and packaging fees as well as postage costs. We recommend that you combine all your items into one order.

We cannot combine two separately placed orders and shipping charges will apply to each.
