The aroma of freshly ground buckwheat from the proprietary flour and the use of funori seaweed as a binder make it hard to believe that these noodles are dry. In 2020, Tamagaki Seimenjo, Inc. won the first Grand Prize in the "Grand Prize for Delicious Dry Soba Noodles" competition held by the Japan Soba Preservation Society.
Boil in a large pot of boiling water for about 5 minutes, then rinse quickly with cold water several times. Serve with condiments of your choice.
