The aroma of freshly ground buckwheat from the proprietary flour and the use of funori seaweed as a binder make it hard to believe that these noodles are dry. For the last 3 years, Tamagaki Seimenjo has been winning the Grand Prize in the “Grand Prize for Delicious Dry Soba Noodles” competition held by the Japan Soba Preservation Society.
Boil in a large pot of boiling water for about 5 minutes, then rinse quickly with cold water several times. Serve with condiments of your choice.
About Tamagaki Seimenjo
Established in 1953 by Zen’Ichirô Tamagaki, the company has been successfully marketing Tsumari soba since 1954. Tamagaki Seimenjo obtained HACCP certification for dried noodles in 2020, and is the first buckwheat noodle manufacturer to obtain this certification in Japan. This certification is proof of a management system ensuring excellent food hygiene in a food processing company.
