Data sheet
This Daiginjo has been carefully polished so as not to break up the rice, thus eliminating extraneous flavours and achieving a very clear taste. Its noble aroma, full and rich taste and clean finish make it a perfect sake, also appreciable for its long finish.
It is best served slightly chilled rather than at room temperature.
The Takano Brewery
Founded in 1899, the Takano Brewery brews its sake in an area of great natural beauty, where waterfowl fly all year round, due to the proximity of Sakata Pond, registered under the Ramsar Convention which protects wetlands that support birds. All Takano's sakes are fermented at low temperatures over a long period of time to produce sake that is smooth in the mouth. The brewery specializes in light, easy-drinking sakes that you can't get enough of.
