A Daiginjo sake 100% Koshitanrei from Niigata, using rice grown by the Taiyo house. This limited edition sake is based on Daiginjo that have won numerous prizes in numerous competitions. It is characterized by a sublime aroma, a voluptuous taste and a beautiful aftertaste.
Pairings : Goes well with dishes based on Yuzu, lemon or lime, as well as simple and naturally flavoured dishes Gelatin noodle salad, Happosai, Raw oyster with lemon, Ball of chopped fried shrimps.
