Tasting Event at Kinasé

From Thursday, February 29th to Saturday, March 2nd, 2024, Kinasé invites you to a tasting event to sample three sakes highly praised at the Sake Fair 2023:

YOSHINOGAWA Minamo Junmai Daiginjo, a blend of sakes with different flavors and aromas from which the master brewer has crafted a sake that can not only be enjoyed on its own, but also enhances the dishes of an increasingly diverse cuisine.

TAKANOI SHUZO Koshino hatsu’ume, stored in snow immediately after pressing to maintain its freshness as new sake and acquire a soft, delicate, light, and mellow taste.

MIDORIKAWA SHUZO Daiginjo, the flagship of the Midorikawa house combining all the characteristic complexity of daiginjo sakes and a unique balance between fruity and floral notes and the umami of taste.
